Younger & Older Extended Day Program: 2024-2025
Fayerweather’s Extended Day Program is offered for all students PK-8. During Extended Day, students will have the opportunity to play and socialize with their peers, participate in activities, have a snack, complete homework and more! Our program is divided into two groupings: Younger Extended Day (grades PK-2) and Older Extended Day (grades 3-8). Each group provides age appropriate care and activities for students. As we progress through the year, students have the opportunity to interact and form friendships with students across grade bands. Students in the Unit (grades 7-8) will have the chance to sign up for special permissions in Extended Day (signed off by their caretakers).
We offer Full Year and Seasonal registration so that families with ever changing schedules can have more flexibility. Upon registering, families have the opportunity to select which days of the week they want as a part of their Extended Day schedule.
Additionally, families registering on or before September 1 for Full Year Extended Day will have the option to pay the program fee in two equal installments (due 9/1/2024 and 1/1/2025).

The first day of Extended Day for grades 1-8 is September 4.
The first day of Extended Day for grades Pre-K and K is September 9.
Online registration for regular Extended Day will open at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 24.
Full Year Extended Day: Full Year registration is September 4, 2024 through June 5, 2025.

Please note: We ask that families complete Extended Day registration by September 1 so that our teachers can be staffed to the appropriate ratio. We have plenty of space to accommodate students in our program.
